Policy

Transparency and Ethical Service Delivery

Helpline Go is committed to transparency and ethical service delivery. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refund for Early Service Withdrawal

Refunds are not issued if the client voluntarily withdraws or terminates services after the process has begun.

Service Fee and Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds, if applicable, are calculated only on Helpline Go consultancy/service fee. Taxes and third-party charges are non-refundable.
  • The client must have paid the complete service fee with no pending balance to qualify for any refund.
  • If a client becomes ineligible due to immigration law changes after full payment, the refundable amount (as per agreement) will be processed within 30 working days upon submitting valid documentation and a refund request form.

Chargeback Policy

Helpline Go has a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any unjustified dispute of payment will lead to permanent blacklisting and legal recovery actions.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Failure to attend visa or embassy interview
  • Failure to submit required documents, medicals, PCC, proof of funds, or IELTS/French scores
  • Submission of fake, incomplete, or fraudulent documents
  • Previous visa refusal or immigration law violation
  • No communication from the client for more than 3 months (case treated as abandoned)
  • Visa refusal due to quota/cap limits or government policy changes
  • Client withdrawal for personal reasons after service initiation

Client Responsibilities

  • All required documents must be submitted within 30 days of registration
  • Any communication from immigration authorities must be shared with HelplineGo within 7 days
  • Government fees, embassy charges, language tests, medical exams, and skill assessments are not included in service fees and are non-refundable
  • HelplineGo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party authorities
